My name is Kamlyn and I am the Director of Homesforth Ltd, this is a new role for me however I bring to this position over twenty years of administrative and financial experience having worked in the educational, retail and property sector for most of my career. I have excellent organisational, planning and people skills and truly like working with people and getting a positive outcome, albeit renting or selling a property to a client.

I believe that the service we give to clients must be second to none and that our customers matter. My aim is to ensure that our mission is maintained that as a team “we deliver unparalleled real estate service which exceeds our clients' expectation”.

Hi my name is Kerri and I have been working in the Contracts and Property Management area with the estate agency for over four years, a role which I have enjoyed as it allows me to interact with clients on a daily basis. Find your next property

Fees

Holding deposit - Capped at 1 weeks rent (only applicable where the Landlord has withdrawn the offer)

Security Deposit - Capped at 5 weeks rent for annual rental under £50,000, or 6 weeks rent for annual rental over £50,000

Rent - The agreed monthly rent as stated in the AST contract

Changes to tenancy - Capped at £50 including Vat

Early termination charge - Not exceeding the landlord’s financial losses

Late payment of rent - Interest of 3% above BoE base rate for each day the rent is late, once it is four weeks’ overdue

Replacement keys - Reasonable costs as charged by the supplier or the option for the tenant to purchase directly themselves

Utilities, council tax, communication services, TV Licence etc - Tenants own responsibility unless otherwise stated in the Assured Tenancy Shorthold (AST) contract
